The employees at the hostel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and were very patient. Their kindness made our stay more enjoyable. the location of the hostel was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city. It was close to many attractions and amenities, which saved us time and effort. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Guests also enjoy the added privacy of in, room safes and 24, hour air, conditioning.

When our key broke in the door, they went above and beyond to help us out, even offering alternative accommodations. The next morning, the door was fixed like magic. The staff was so friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and even writing us a personalized list of must-visit spots. The location was unbeatable, just a minute walk from a jaw-dropping cathedral and right in the heart of the old quarter. The amenities were top-notch - free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, AC, and even cots if needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the linens to the rooms to the shared bathrooms. And to top it off, they had a cool bar/lounge area to relax and a restaurant if you wanted to grab a bite. our stay at this hostel was mind-blowing, thanks to the super staff and their dedication to making our experience unforgettable.

The complementary breakfast and tea were really nice. Location was okay, near to some shopping areas and local restaurants. It was also a plus that the beds had curtains for privacy.

The staff were not very helpful and sometimes seemed annoyed when we asked them questions. the bathrooms were not always clean and the shower temperature was inconsistent.
